Shell Game

5.5 x 7.5 watercolor on 140 lb Arches cold press paper, AJ paints, done today in about 45 minutes. Some negative painting, splattering, and minimal glazing can be seen here. Shells are imaginary. I tried to emulate water softly ebbing and flowing over the tiny stones, beach debris, and shells partially submerged.

Woven Flowers of Passion

15x22 work is actually two identically painted scenes of pink roses in front of a house. The original was ho-hum boring so a few years late...
