11x15 watercolor that is a past work of a Jersey cow saying hello and rubbing her head on old fence post. I am trying to paint more landscapes and this farm image just happened to
feature a milk cow. Others are grazing on a sunny day in the distance.
Learning how to milk one of these lovely ladies was a real chore
growing up.

Milk Cow Blues
11x15 watercolor that is today's work of a Jersey cow saying hello to a new year and rubbing her head on old fence post. A resolution this year is to paint more landscapes and this farm image just happened to feature a milk cow. Others are grazing on a sunny day in the distance. Learning how to milk one of these lovely ladies was a real chore growing up.

Moovie Stars cows
30x22 acrylic, ink, Caran d'Ache watersoluble crayon, and wax crayon on 140 lb cold press paper, one of my reworked ones from a pink floral now morphed into Holstein cows. This work won an award at Southwestern Watercolor Society show a few years ago for creativity, and is now SOLD.
