February Snow Bunny

5.5x8.5 watercolor over charcoal woodless pencil sketch done yesterday from an earlier desert cottontail rabbit or bunny image I had painted last year in a more realistic fashion. Rescued Rabbit

12x9 watercolor on Yupo synthetic paper done today.  A light pencil sketch was done first of this rescued multicolored rabbit from my photos.  It is almost time to see them hopping about although I did see a very large jack last week in New Mexico running through the brush.
