October Lotus Pods
6x4 watercolor and ink on 140 lb cold press Canson paper done last fall then donated to our museum Christmas tree project. It's the second time to paint this type lotus pod and I really love all their quirks and holes. When dried they are amazing to add to floral arrangement decor.

Flying Lotus
Flying Lotus
4x6 mixed media on 140 lb Canson wc paper recently done. I cut up an older watercolor work that already had bold color stripes then added botanical shapes for green lotus pods in ink pen, then washed across with pale acrylics.
