Apples and Old Lace
22x15 watercolor on 140 lb cold press Saunders Waterford painted recently from a still life set up in my dining room. I used a ceramic bowl from Hobby Lobby, real apples, and a crocheted tablecloth. Background and other blue hues were made up to mimic the old fashioned theme.

This is great. Unusual bowl and lovely background. I love painting apples. Makes me smile.
