Pansy Pandemonium

Watercolor, 11x15, on 140 lb cold press paper. I started this out as a roses painting but the lure of the purple, orange and gamboge pansies lured my brush in another direction. Negative painting was done on their leaves.

Woven Flowers of Passion

15x22 work is actually two identically painted scenes of pink roses in front of a house. The original was ho-hum boring so a few years late...
