Cloud Build Up
6x6 watercolor in Masters Touch sketchbook on 80 lb paper done week before last, another in my cloud and landscape series. We have a cloud subject challenge in WetCanvas' Landscape forum for June. In this imaginary scene, billowing clouds are turning gray with a promise of rain over the land and trees. I've used Daniel Smith's color Moonglow for most of the mixed soft blacks.
