Rainy Day Birds
5.5x8.5 mixed media on Master's Touch sketchbook 80 lb paper done today. For these imaginary birds I used Micron 01 pen to sketch, then added Koh-I-Noor multilead colored pencils. White wax crayon used to indicate snow. Black Brusho wc crystals by ColourCraft (UK) for the dark feathers then Rosa Gallery/Ukraine burnt sienna watercolors for tan/brown. Lastly for the shadows and background Daniel Smith's Moonglow was used loose and wet.
