Sweet Old Kitty

12x9 watercolor of another artist's cat, an elderly gal who is about 18-19 years old, same age as my old fellow Chuy.  She is lapping up the sun's rays while she can enjoy them.

Taco Belle kitty

 8.5x11 watercolor and ink on paper done yesterday.  Initial ink sketch below was with Pigma Micron 01 pen started awhile back but left unfinished.  Taco Belle was rescued by us years ago from Carlos restaurant parking lot.  With her Maine Coon markings of wide black stripes mixed with tabby long hair she was quite gorgeous.
