10.25x9 watercolor and ink on paper. The sketch was done last December for a larger watercolor titled Santa's Workshop but didn't paint this initial work till now. One of my brushes was used as a model for this imaginary figurative scene.

Santa & Toy Horse
10x7 watercolor on Langton 140 lb cold press paper and Daniel Smith paints. I painted him last week in my hotel room; he seems to be hurrying along to get the toys ready for distribution.

Old St. Nick
