December Snowfall
6x9 watercolor on 140 lb Canson cold press paper done a few days ago using one of my saved line drawings. These come in handy when there is not much time to spend sketching a new subject. In this imaginary scene I've left the pristine snow unlike the first version that had a stormy sky and more shadows.

January Snowfall
4.5x9 watercolor, Brusho, and gouache on 140 lb cold press paper done last week thinking about snow. It is based on my reference photo of a snow laden evergreen tree. Winter is just getting started.
