Buffalo Bill
10x8 acrylic gouache on wrapped canvas done a few weeks ago for an online challenge. I am host for November Acrylics forum on WetCanvas!and the challenge is to create a painting using mixed browns, no tube color. Using Liquitex brand a.g. these browns are made from primaries plus white and/or black on my own reference. This buffalo art has been varnished.

Buffalo Collage
12x12 torn paper collage on wrapped canvas done last week, a profile view of a wild bison or buffalo of the Great Plains or Yellowstone. For its eye I used a black woman's bra photo and other fun surprises within the animal shape. Sides are also in collage and art is varnished; no frame needed.

Buffalo Rock
6x10 watercolor on Fabriano 140 lb cold press paper done a few days ago as part of the Southwest/Western forum online with WetCanvas; reference courtesy ref image library. I've added aspens to the scene and used a black & white copy to paint from, not a colored image, so all colors are imaginary.
