Necklaces
7x9 mixed media using markers and watercolor in sketchbook, Master's Touch 80 lb paper, done last week. This is the fourth neurographic art exercise I have done so far. Lines, circles, and twists reminded me of my necklace box, hence the title.

Early Spring Abstract
12x9 mixed media design on 140 lb Grumbacher paper, a sheet that was used under my smaller artwork to catch drips, etc. Done last week, I embellished these markings to make a unique abstract using watercolor, acrylics, acrylic ink, gel pen. After I finished two courses in beginner abstract and master class taught by Yvette St. Amant, I am thrilled that she asked me to show it on her website along with a testimonial.

Plum Pink Abstract
9x4.5 mixed media of acrylics, gesso, watercolor, ink over an old cut up watercolor failure of an angel. It had metallic paint already so I put gesso over my fingers and smeared it around causing the colors to blend together. When dry I used India ink to make marks vertically in this experimental abstract.
