Benny

5.5x8.5 watercolor on Canson 117 lb cold press paper using White Nights paints done last week. This rescued Boston terrier dog has a new home with my friend and former coworker nurse, Diane Duffield Earhart. (Photo courtesy DDE). I was amazed at the shadow contrasts of the dog's coat with sunlight as he rested on a chair or couch. COPYRIGHT 2024 Kay Smith

Baxter Boston Terrier

9x7 watercolor in Masters Touch sketchbook 80 lb paper done over the weekend for another WetCanvas challenge (Weekend Drawing Event); ref courtesy Angie, owner of Baxter the Boston Terrier.
