Lowering Rainclouds
6x6 watercolor on 80 lb Master's Touch sketchbook paper done this past Monday, another imaginary rainstorm landscape scene in a square format. These clouds are going lower and lower to pepper the dry arid land. Note the scattered cactus waiting their chance for a drink.

Sedona Shadows
6.25x9 watercolor done a few days ago on Canson 140 lb cold press paper from several desert references taken in Arizona. In this quiet scene one can imagine being alone in the vast land populated only by the tall rock formations guarding their territory.
