4x6 alcohol ink and India ink abstraction begun yesterday then finished today.  I started with the alcohol ink in Mantilla black then used the other ink for drops and splatters on this glossy photo paper.  This black and white work reminded me of bicycles hence its title.

Bike Bouquet

11x15 watercolor, a daily painting, of my old secondhand bicycle and an imaginary basket of assorted flowers in a bouquet just waiting for a ride.  Orange poppies dot the garden landscape on the composition's left.

10.5 x 5.5 watercolor wash over Micron 01 pen drawing of a bikes scene. I chose a strip of Saunders paper that had tan and other colors left on it after I cropped it off a larger piece. You can see those marks on the right side.  Part of a contest on WetCanvas! many more bikes reference courtesy Bonnie; challenge was to do a wash over line.
