Woven Wild Strawberry ~ demo Palette Club
10x8 watercolor that is actually two paintings almost identical cut into vertical then horizontal strips and woven together to create one image. This is on Canson paper and was the demo for Midland Palette Club class of 15 held last evening. Limited palette of Daniel Smith pigments were ultramarine blue, permanent rose, and nickel azo yellow. I had fun creating this and everyone seemed to enjoy their brushes and scissors.
