Old Goat Cart

22x15 watercolor painted wet in wet on Saunders 300 lb cold press paper from an old New Mexico scene in a southwest style patio.  The cart was loaded with potted plants and vividly colored annuals such as geraniums.  I particularly like the long diagonal shadows of the vigas.

I like the composition echoing shapes in the background and the way the colors reflect in the shadows. Fresh!
