October Sparrow

8x8 watercolor on Masters Premium 140 lb cold press paper sketched yesterday from my bird photos then painted today using mostly ultramarine blue, burnt sienna, indigo, sepia. Parts were done wet in wet, particularly the background and the bird was painted using a #1 rigger/script liner for a more realistic image. COPYRIGHT 2020 Kay Smith
