Gentlemen Gossip

9x12 ink on Bristol board paper by Fabriano done first part of June as part of an online challenge. I love these two old gentlemen with their high-waisted pants swapping stories or gossip after meeting up in village or town. A black Tombow brush pen was used to put in the black areas first; water added to make a third value in this figure study. COPYRIGHT 2023 Kay Smith
