Hot Lips Valentine
8x5.5 mixed media collage in my second "new" junk journal, a book published in the 1940s. As inspiration I used part of a glossy magazine cover that featured lots of hot colors. After sketching a heart shape in acrylic I collaged part of a paper doily and adhered inside the shape with matte medium. A white gel pen outlined large red acrylic lips. A fun little valentine endeavor.
