Union Street House

12x9 watercolor and ink (Pigma Micron 01 pen) done on accounting paper, a sketch done for Sketchbook Skool, on location for Polishing course several years ago. This old white stucco house is on Union Street here in town and has been abandoned many years. I loved the old crumbling roof shingles above the rusty screen door.
