Happy Valentine's Day ~ recipe for romance

15x11 watercolor previously with Valentine's Day in mind. After drawing in all the elements of wine glasses, rose and leaves, I painted wet on dry. When finished, I took an old red paper heart stencil and painted its holes in heart patterns to provide detail at the bottom foreground. COPYRIGHT Kay Smith 2026
