Roses in Indigo Vase
4.5x4 watercolor done on Canson 140 lb cold press paper. After painting winter snow scenes this is more in line with my character. Using brush only, shapes of various colored roses were put in then each hue from pink to dark pink to orange. An abstract background completes the simple miniature still life.
