May Cosmos

7x5 watercolor on Fabriano 140 lb cold press paper done a few days ago of a single cosmos. It was one of many growing in the flowerbed several years back before grass took over. I've put a warm background behind the delicate flower and its leaves. COPYRIGHT 2023 Kay Smith
