Blue Hydrangeas in Clay Pot

20x16 watercolor on Arches 140 lb cold press paper, drawn and painted from life. Although blue now they'll turn pink in our alkaline soil.

Wow, this is delightful Kay! I love the way you have used so many different tones in the leaves, and the looseness of the flowers.
I guess this is only part of your painting, if not it's a shame you ran out of paper for the subject.

No, I cropped as I drew it, did not run out of paper, just saw no need to show the entire pot.
