Girl Friday dog - red golden retriever

6.25x8.5 watercolor on Langton 140 lb cold press paper and Daniel Smith paints: Quinacridone burnt orange and gold, UB, carbazole violet. It took 10-15 minutes to draw and 45 to paint wet on dry using 1/2" sable flat brush today for my daily painting. Friday was her name and she belonged to Jeanne on WetCanvas (image courtesy Jeanne); she was a red golden retriever and passed away in 2009.

Hello Kay. That's cool! You have a painted pup too and a retriever at that! You have captured the pups essence very nicely. Love those colors.
