7x4 mixed media collage done yesterday consisting of alcohol inks, watercolor, markers on top of paper used to catch drips while doing inks. Flattened and collaged to watercolor paper with matte medium both sides, a brayer was used to remove any air bubbles. When dry, an old Japanese woodcut from the 1700s was used to sketch with Lictin 0.3 ink pen then details and color added with watercolor then sealed again. The used paper gave an unusual background for this couple who appear to be arguing about dinner.
