4x5 watercolor for this second day of World Watercolor Month, a quick one I dashed off after teaching this afternoon. Sketched on a scrap of backing paper, Canson 140 lb cold press, the pinkish red shapes made perfect petals for the hummingbird to target. Other colors such as yellow green were also found in the bird.
